About Me (bio)

• Secretary and Seat on the Board Of Directors at Guild of Guides NL

• Executive Director, Psychedelic Guide, & Integration Coach at Guided Tripping

• I Guide people through the preparation, experience, and integration of a psychedelic experience. I also facilitate sessions and ceremonies at group retreats with other organizations.

• As an Inner Process Coach I help individuals process and integrate their own experience, sometimes psychedelic, sometimes not.

• Modalities: Certified Embodiment Coach | Embodiment Unlimited. Graduate | Polyvagal Theory for Coaches. Over 15 years of Authentic Relating and Circling experience is the integrated ground I walk on. Also Jungian archetypal psychology, shadow work, Existential psychology, and guidance from the study of astrophysics and biology. I am an apologist for perspectives less represented in the personal growth and spirituality spaces, perspectives like atheists, agnostics, and followers who's spiritual practice is rooted in African and African Diasporic systems. Personally, I engage in therapeutic psychedelic practice, research and analytical thinking, dance, circling, and the happy knowledge that we ain’t got it all figured out.

• Bio: From an early age, psychedelics and my own inquisitive nature sculpted the person I am today. People find my warm, open, grounded personality and my sense of humor safe and nurturing. My background of naturally rising into the role of den mother to friends experimenting with substances (especially after my own bad trip which made psychedelic research and safety a calling in life) and the years I’ve spent participating in and facilitating Authentic Relating have coalesced into my practice. As a trip guide, empathy is most important to me. People love the sense that I’m really there with them, wherever they are. They are comforted by my presence and my way of reframing what is happening.
